The support service offered by FullTilt Poker is ok but it is certainly an area of their business which they could improve. They only offer an email support service but they do respond promptly and the knowledge of the support staff appears to be good.

They also offer an online FAQ section where you can search for your answer yourself if you so wish. The lack of a telephone support service means FullTilt Poker don't score as well in this section.
