FullTilt Poker operates on its own custom designed software, and is one of the most innovative software packages in the industry. One of the reasons for Full Tilt's popularity is the fun software they have developed.

The graphics are really impressive with each player being able to select a character to represent them at the poker table. These characters are cartoon like drawings which you are able to change their mood at any point at the table between normal, happy, angry, and confused - Who said you couldn't pick up facial tells in online poker!

The FullTilt software supports lots of features such as the option to multi-table, player notes, the ability to color code players (so you can categorise them), and the option to replay the last hand (to see where it all went wrong!).

Despite the impressive graphics the software remains quick and stable. The layout of the software is clean and easy to navigate, with all of the game types segregated out into different areas which can be accessed from the panel of buttons on the top of the lobby screen.

They only offer an email support service but they do respond promptly and the knowledge of the support staff appears to be good.
