It forms part of the Cake Poker Network, which means that Cake Poker pools it's traffic with the other sites on the Cake Poker Network, of which Cake Poker is the largest.

Also with it being one of the few networks which accept US players, player traffic is maintained at a reasonable level at all times.

During Peak times you can expect to find approximately 2,000 ring game players and 2,000 tournament players.

The player toughness at Cake Poker is excellent and you will find that the player skill level is often at a reduced level and you can find some very soft games.

We're not entirely sure of the reason for this but we suspect it is due to the fact that it is one of the few rooms that still accepts US players and that a lot of the softer competition from the US plays at Cake Poker.

This may also explain why a lot of the traffic is directed towards the low to mid stake tables with the more inexperienced players.

The traffic is more concentrated on the Texas Holdem low to mid stake tables but there are other stake levels and games available at peak times which means you should always be able to find a game of your choice at Cake Poker.
