I have been reading some of threads here and decided to sign up so I could comment. I have been following the guide for about 3 days now and have turned my $25 into $97. I went the bodog pokerstars route.

The one thing I would like to point out to some of the people on here is the guide is just that, it is a guide. While it should be followed closely it should not be followed to a T. Different situations call for different actions.

For example, say you are in middle position with QQ and it has been folded to you, the guide says to raise which is the correct the play. The button then raises you everyone folds. According to the guide you should reraise, this is not always the case. If the player who raised you is an extremely tight player chances are he has KK or AA, so the correct play is to fold.

What I am trying to say here is the guide gives a great strategy and for the most part is correct. But certain situations you have to deviate and play the situation. As far as AA goes always raise even if everyone folds everytime. As Doyle Brunson once said "AA either wins a small pot or loses a big pot." So use the guide as a guide not an instruction manual.
