Default Stop that TILT!!

Hey everyone, hope you're doing well with the course
Still a big problem to me, ( and a lot of other players I think.) is TILT.
You lose a big hand and start to play bad because you want to win the money back, or just because you are SO $%&^ up about it.

It couls also be because you've been on a roll all night, and you get that feeling that every pots belongs to you I see it as a sort of tilt too haha

So what do you guys do to counter-act this? I find clicking the sit-out button while a big hand is being played to work. 10min. break after a big hand, wether you won or lost. Just to get your adrenaline down

I'm honest when I say I'm very TILT-sensitive so what do you guys do to prevent this?

best of luck at the tables all!
