Default Multi-Tabling

I see table chat in a lot of games from players apologizing because they have more than one game going. I saw one guy who said he was in 8 games at one time. Does anyone else see a problem with this? I mean, how do you concentrate on what players are doing and what cards are hitting when you have so many games popping up at you all the time. I had 3 going once and I nearly went nuts.

I do it all the time! I can't just play one game online, I get so bored that I do stupid things because I can't stand just sitting there any longer. So I keep a bunch going to keep me occupied, that way when one os going slow I have others to work with.

I say keep quiet and then let them lose in your game to concentrate on another.

If you can keep your eyes on eight hands and have fun doing it, what business is it of theirs? Maybe they're jealous.

Are you winning that way? Or just having more fun?

I can do maybe two and still keep up. I don't know about eight tabs going at one time. I am with turtle as long as they are keeping up with the game I say go for it.

I agree, I'd never tell them anything. I personally can do 2 or 3, but only if they are all of about equal importance. If I have a major game going I prefer not to play anything else. I do have to say though that if they are slowing up the game then it makes it more frustrating for me to be waiting and waiting for them because they have too many going to keep up. On the other hand they get pushed for time eventually and I can take advantage of the fact that they'd make more mistakes.
